History
Behind the enterprise is Mr Nitin Mittal, a developer & renowned industrialist. Building homes that seamlessly integrate into an ecosystem has been the focus of NM Corp. With this in mind, the enterprise has built key projects in West Pune: Aashirwad Homes at Ravet & The Saga at Pradhikaran.
He is also the Chairman of Knest Aluminium Formwork, a construction-tech company that provides solutions to the real estate industry. Formerly, Mr. Mittal held directorial positions at two top real estate companies in Pune, one of them being Krisala Developers. He contributed significantly to the success of residential projects like 41 Estera, 41 Evoke & Adora, as well as prestigious commercial projects such as Aspiro (Nest Group).
Beyond this, his close associations with real estate information aggregators JLL & Anarock have helped him stay ahead of the curve.
